Jianhe Steel has a state-of-the-art production line for LSAW steel pipes. This line uses a YSD forming machine that features a high forming precision, excellent forming speed, uniform stress distribution and small residual stress. The main equipment, such as the pre-springing equipment, is supplied by the Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Group.

The straight seam welded pipe line uses large power, CO2 gas shielded, pre-welding technology and DC/AC automatic submerged arc welding machines for both inside and outside welding. In addition, an automatic steel plate flame cutting machine, steel pipe straightening machine, steel pipe finishing machine, steep plate manual UT flaw inspector, and other machines are equipped so that the finished LSAW pipes are manufactured at high quality levels.
