Baoli Heavy Industry has a number of production lines for steel hollow sections and steel beams, including H beam welding line, square tube production line, rectangular tube production line, and LSAW pipe production line. In addition, we also own advanced structural steel processing machines, tempering furnace and structural steel testing equipment.
Baoli Heavy Industry has a production line specifically geared towards high frequency welded (HFW) H-beams. This welding line produces H-beams in different specifications, covering a range between 200x100mm to 600x250 mm, and an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons per year. The H-section steel produced on this line is mainly used in industrial workshops, stereo garages, steel structure houses, underground tunnels, different venues and awnings.
Characteristics of the H-Beam Welding Line
Fast: The welding speed is 20 to 30 times faster than an average submerged arc welding.
Excellent: It is a great way to produce lightweight H-steels.
Economical: The steel consumption amount on this line is 10-30% less than that of a hot-rolled H-beam line.
Jianhe Steel has 2 production lines specifically for square steel tubes, which mainly produces square steel tubing ranging from 80x80mm to 400x400mm. The annual production capacity of this line reaches up to 80,000 tons. Structural tubing manufactured by his equipment is used for large-scale buildings, bridges and mechanical equipment.
We have a complete production line for HFW rectangular steel tubes. This production line can produce different rectangular steel pipes from 100x60mm to 500x300mm, with an annual output of 80,000 tons. Rectangular hollow sections produced on this line are widely used in large buildings, bridges, and machinery.
Jianhe Steel has a state-of-the-art production line for LSAW steel pipes. This line uses a YSD forming machine that features a high forming precision, excellent forming speed, uniform stress distribution and small residual stress. The main equipment, such as the pre-springing equipment, is supplied by the Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Group.
The straight seam welded pipe line uses large power, CO2 gas shielded, pre-welding technology and DC/AC automatic submerged arc welding machines for both inside and outside welding. In addition, an automatic steel plate flame cutting machine, steel pipe straightening machine, steel pipe finishing machine, steep plate manual UT flaw inspector, and other machines are equipped so that the finished LSAW pipes are manufactured at high quality levels.
Jianhe Steel is a prominent structural section manufacturer in China. We own numerous production lines for steel tubing. These lines are comprised of advanced machines and equipment that are used to produce high quality products such as universal beams, square and rectangular hollow sections, and transformer steels. We invested in one such piece of equipment, building a natural gas tempering furnace with a single furnace capacity of more than 100 tons. The effective space is 20×5m (Length × width). The temperature is easily adjustable, between 0-850℃. According to a technical index supplied by the customer, we can set various operating parameters and entire process monitoring, allowing us to improve product quality.
